Course Enrollment
Please note that from January 2027, Cambria Archers will be adopting a revised approach to our training courses. Fuller details are given below. From that date, all candidates will be required to complete a Taster Session, following which they may be invited to continue their archery journey through to full membership.
If you have already made contact with the club and been invited onto a Taster Course, we will continue to keep you informed.

From January 2027, all course applicants will be required to complete a Taster Session. Dates for these will be published on this website as far in advance as possible, and will usually comprise around a dozen candidates. All participants must be at least 8 years old, and those under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the session.
Having completed the Taster, selected candidates will invited to join Cambria Archers and complete an introductory Beginners Course. From January 2027, the fee for Taster Sessions will be £25 per person.
Having agreed to join the club, a Beginners Course will be scheduled, during which archers will be provided with high-quality equipment suitable for a novice. Then after satisfactory completion of the course, novice members will be permitted continued use of this equipment for the first three months of their full membership. The fee for the Beginners Course from January 2027 will be £65 per person, and a refundable deposit of £50 will be lodged for use of the equipment.
